There are just way too many pictures of this beautiful Costa Rican wedding to include in one or two posts. So, I’ve decided to break it down into 3 or 4 posts over the next several weeks! So watch out! It’s going to be a Costa Rican overload on the blog!
This first post is of Kristin and Courtney’s rehearsal. Everyone had a good time and we managed to squeeze in some fun pictures.
I think this picture of Courtney is a good example of how he is: pretty goofy and a lot of fun!
Everyone ended up hanging out by the pool before the rehearsal and they got their first taste of posing for the camera…
This is only a small portion of the amazing pool at the hotel. Oh how I miss that pool!
Kristin is so adorable!
Lovin’ the “bouquet.”

Love this one.
And I have to give a shout out to my fellow photographer at heart…
Love it!
Canan and David made for some excellent test subjects…
A little vintage…
A long wedding rehearsal in 24060 degree weather will wear you down, I’m telling you.
I think they had to carry him back to the room.
It wouldn’t be a rehearsal post without a few pictures from dinner!

More pictures of this beautiful family from Branford!

They are lucky enough to live within walking distance of this cute old railroad station (perfect for pictures!). Sitting there is an old firetruck. It’s practically begging to be used in pictures.

Check out those eyes!

Love these pictures of the two of them.

He really is SO adorable!!

I first met Kathy through her amazing website, Fun 4 Gator Kids. LOVE this site! Seriously, if you are a parent and live in the area, you need to go check it out. She has so much information, it’s incredible. If we ever end up moving out of Gainesville, I think I’m going to have to ask Kathy to move with us so we’ll always have a website like this to refer to! Kathy’s family was so much fun and the kids were such great sports in this heat! They were so enthusiastic and we had fun exploring the fabulous Kanapaha Botanical Gardens together.

I am lovin’ the freckles!

Love this one.
Pretty as a flower.
Feeding the fish!

These are some cute kids!

I met this adorable family of 3 last week. It was my first visit to Branford, Florida, and I must say, it was such a cute town! Ellie is a photographer herself and knew of a great place for us to take photos at. They also have such a lovely home, we didn’t really need to venture far for great photos! Here’s your sneak peek, A family!

So it’s been a little while since I’ve posted anything! It’s been a crazy few weeks, but things have started to settle down and I’m getting back into the groove of editing and having tea parties with my daughter. A big part of the latest craziness was due to these two beautiful people. I just got back a little while ago from Costa Rica!! I was there to photograph Kristin and Courtney’s wedding and I had absolutely the best time. Costa Rica was gorgeous and Kristin and Courtney’s wedding was amazing! These are two of the most generous people, I can’t say enough good things about them. I had a great time meeting their friends and family, and left with so many memories. And as a “thank you” I would like to post just a few pictures from the big day. I am in the midst of editing and will be posting many more pictures, but I wanted to give Kristin and Courtney a few for now. Thanks again you two!

This one was taken at the rehearsal…
Fierce!
I love the way Courtney looks at Kristin. I swear, you can just feel how much he loves her.

A few weeks ago, Melanie asked me if I would be interested in photographing a Drop In And Decorate party she was hosting. Basically, Drop In And Decorate is a nonprofit organization based in Rhode Island. Their mission is to inspire people to bake cookies, invite friends/family over to decorate them, and then donate the cookies to a local charity. Talk about combining two of my favorite things! Cookies and photography! What could be better?! We had so much fun chatting and decorating. Melanie boxed them up and delivered them to the Ronald McDonald House. We ended up decorating about 90 cookies! It was such a wonderful idea and such a fun way to help others.

We’re ready to decorate!

And boy did we decorate!
Check out Drop In And Decorate’s site for information on hosting your own cookie party!

These two little guys are so adorable, I have to warn you, it’s picture overload here! I had such a wonderful time capturing these two. It was such a gorgeous day, the light was amazing, and these boys could not have been any cuter.
