This was such a fun shoot! The G family and I met up and got some pictures under this gorgeous oak tree. Baby Calvin was a ham, even with all those pesky gnats surrounding him (one thing I hate about summers in Florida!). Such a fun and friendly group. I hope to capture Calvin as he grows- he certainly makes my job easy! Enjoy your pictures, G family!

Elise: Like I told you, I cannot stand getting my picture taken and it is usually a disaster. You made this seem so easy, fun and organic-feeling, I can hardly believe how very painless it all was. You truly have a gift! Thank you so much for capturing us with our boy and making it look like a regular day, even though he was giving us two new teeth that day! You have definitely not heard the last of us! :-)

The series presented here are precious! The subjects more so, naturally, as they are mine own! I miss Calvin madly! The great oak is impressive and I’d love to know where it is located! I wonder if it is climbable. It begs to be climbed! Thanks, Elise! Your work is artful and mindfully presented! You’re truly talented!
